New Time Out Zone

Looks like My Idiot Mom has come up with a new place for Time Outs, which I seem to be in more and more during this summer vacation!  At least I get to spend this one with my best pal, Gerty!  I love My Idiot Mom!

My Idiot Mom had a hamster named Miss Kate (after the evil leading lady in John Steinbeck's East of Eden) growing up.  She enjoyed watching Miss Kate exercising in her plastic hamster ball so much she thought she'd give me the same experience.  My Idiot Mom is so thoughtful.  I just love her so much!

I guess My Idiot Mom thought the tiny hole in my sock today wouldn't be a problem.  Little did she know I would create my own version of fingerless gloves for my feet!  I love My Idiot Mom!

My Idiot Dad went to Afghanistan for work for 5 month & sent me this funny t-shirt.  My Idiot Mom dressed me in it for school under a sweatshirt thinking no one would see.  She didn't bet on me getting hot & taking off my sweatshirt in day care after! When she picked me up, she discovered "Mr. Rodney" my after-school teacher turned my t-shirt inside out! I love My Idiot Mom!

My Idiot Mom asks, "Where Have All the Lego's Gone?"

My Idiot Mom loves putting together Lego sets for me even though I destroy them soon after she spends hours upon hours (and strained eye-sight) building them!  Here's a little ditty My Idiot Mom came up with celebrating her joy of Lego set construction (sung to the tune of "Where Have All the Flowers Gone?")  I love My Idiot Mom!
